Haven of Hope also extends beyond individual support by equipping others through Grief Companion Certification — training people of faith to lead Circles of Care in their churches and communities.

Spiritual Direction

Grief Companion Training

This training equips people of faith to companion others through grief using the Adaptive Grief Response™ (AGR) model. Participants will learn how to facilitate Circles of Care — safe, prayerful spaces for reflection, lament, and hope.
Upon completion, participants receive a Grief Companion Certification, recognizing their preparation to serve in churches, ministries, or community settings.
